These terms cover how you can use SimChoices. We've written them to be readable — but they're still the agreement between you and us.

By creating an account or using SimChoices, you agree to these terms. If you're using SimChoices on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
Use SimChoices to create genuine learning experiences. Don't use it to publish unlawful, hateful or harmful material, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to break or overload the service, or to collect data about students beyond what your lesson needs.
You keep ownership of the experiences, text and media you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display and deliver your content so the service works — for example, serving a published experience to your students. We don't claim your lessons as our own.
Art, voice and audio generated in the studio are provided for use within your experiences. You're responsible for reviewing generated assets before publishing — including for accuracy and suitability for your audience. Don't prompt the tools to reproduce copyrighted characters or a living person's likeness without permission.
We work hard to keep SimChoices available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the studio or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use SimChoices after that means you accept the updated terms.
